To download your programmes*, you must firstly create an account. If you are not connected to Wi-Fi, make sure your cellular network is activated and then:
1. Log into your account from the TV5MONDEplus application on mobile or tablet.
2. Go to the description sheet for your programme. If the "Download" icon is present, it means that the programme can be downloaded.
3. Press the "Download" icon
4. Go to the "My content" page from the main menu (the three dashes) or to the "Download" tab from your account page to find all your downloads.
*For rights reasons, some programmes cannot be downloaded. Downloadable content can be recognised by the presence of the download icon on the programme description sheet.
